Instructions
This tool is based on the 90-minute sleep cycle theory to help you find the optimal sleep time:
  • Choose "Set Wake Up Time" mode and enter your desired wake up time
  • Choose "Sleep Now" mode, and the system will calculate the optimal wake up time based on current time
  • Each sleep cycle is about 90 minutes, including light sleep, deep sleep, and REM sleep stages
  • Recommended 5 complete cycles (7.5 hours) of sleep time
  • Results are for reference only, actual sleep needs vary from person to person
  • Maintaining regular sleep schedules helps improve sleep quality
